• Placing Orders: By placing  an order through the Site, you represent that you are capable of entering into binding contracts.
• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping and handling charges, applicable taxes, and duties, which will be added to your total purchase price.
• Payment: Payment must be received by us before our acceptance of an order. For now we accept only UPI  payment as indicated on the Site.

• Shipping: We ship to various locations. Shipping options and fees are outlined on the Site.
• Delivery: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Lavanyah, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws.

In no event will Lavanyah, its affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with your use, or inability to use, the Site or any content on the Site.
